Job Readiness

Career exploration, resume support, and FAFSA guidance - practical tools to help students and job-seekers take their next confident step.

About This Program

Job Readiness pairs students and job-seekers with hands-on support: resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and career exploration that turns a vague next step into a real plan.

For students headed to college or trade school, we also help navigate the FAFSA and other financial-aid paperwork - a process that can feel overwhelming without someone in your corner. For adults re-entering the workforce or changing careers, we focus on building the practical skills and confidence to walk into an interview ready.

No one should have to figure out their next career move alone. This program is about giving Southern Nevada neighbors the tools, and the encouragement, to move forward on their own terms.
